Whew. Today was a incredible.

I’ve been sent a lot of photos and videos of offsite construction. But dang, once you see it in person, it is WILD. See time stamped photos for proof.

I stopped at the lot before work around 6am and it was just a backfilled lot. Three truss loads later, we have a house within a day.

Let me put this into perspective. The first truck arrived at 8am today. The last truck left at 4pm(ish) today. In a matter of 8 hours, this is the progess. Had this house been a stick build, it would have taken 3 weeks, minimum. WHAT IS TIME WORTH?!?!

Have you ever seen stairs flying in the air? Have you ever gone to work and you come home and there’s an entire new house on the block? I don’t really know how to wrap my head around how fast this went up. I know there’s still work to be done, but I mean, cmon.

Offsite has got to be the future of construction. That is today’s summary in the simplest form.
