We’re definetly getting close to a final design, but it does lowkey feel like the end is still far away. And I only say that because it’s a domino effect everytime something in the plan is changed.

This is the revised plan I received today. The bathroom/ closet still has to change in the lofted area. The roof line in (on?) the garage might be changed, and I’d like to add a service door to back of the garage.

The exposed basement isn’t shown here because this is still a prelinimary design. We’re hitting the quoted number of hours since we’ve had to make a lot of changes. The design cost is looking like it will be closer to $2,000… It makes me kind of anxious but I’d rather get it right and spend a few extra hundred dollars than just roll with a plan that I don’t love. Ya know?
