AUGUST 6, 2024 The footings* were poured yesterday. The plan is to have the walls poured on Wednesday (tomorrow). Then it’ll sit for a week before it’s backfilled. Offsite construction will begin September 4th!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *Footings are “the bottom part of a house’s foundation that provide structural support and distribute the building’s weight across the ground”……

AUGUST 5, 2024 Yeah so here she is. The amount of “final” plans we have are just a testiment to how much the world of construction changes. The only change on this one is the deck is 16’x12′ with diamond pier footings below rather than sono tubes. (No, I don’t know what those are).
